Qk44 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1. Introduction & Applicability

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using opposing bets to exploit bonuses risk-free — is strictly prohibited. If proven, the bonus will be voided and the account will be closed.

• Qk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each promotion applies only once per person, household, or device.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, qk44's decision is final.

6. Gameplay Rules & Technical Errors

All games at qk44 use independently audited RNG. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not predetermined by qk44 or any third party.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a server error, network issue, or game software bug, qk44 will attempt to refund the wager for that round. However, qk44 is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures.

6.2 Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, qk44's server logs will be considered the final authority. If a software error is detected, all results from that game session may be voided.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing, defrauding, or threatening other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Obtaining bonus or promotional benefits by providing false information.
• Managing or providing access to an account on behalf of a minor.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Qk44 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

10.1 Closing Your Account Voluntarily

11. Limitation of Liability

Qk44 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If data is compromised due to a security vulnerability on your device or network.
• In circumstances of force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

In any case, qk44's maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you deposited during that month.

12. Amendment Policy
